Summit of Athens at 1035 South Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, Georgia.

I don't know where to start. Nepotism is the best description I can think of for the staff. If you try to save money in these apartments they will literally fine you $50 a day for an a/c or small heating unit. The sheer amount of dog sh*t laying around is enough to make the whole place smell like a sewer. Almost every day in the summer, someone brings their dog to the pool and the staff refuses to fine or take action against them. Lastly, every year they WILL upcharge your rent because of that sweet commission greed. Just an absolutely terrible place to live.
