Heyward Allen Collision Center at 2910 Atlanta Highway, Athens, Georgia.

The mechanic in charge of my repair, without telling me, contacted my insurance company and had them do an estimate on my car resulting in my insurance company writing a check directly to the dealership, all of which happened without my knowledge or consent. I should have been given the choice whether to pay out-of-pocket or to involve my insurance company. I'll undoubtedly be paying higher insurance premiums because this mechanic decided to take things into his own hands.
