College Town Properties at 2005 South Milledge Avenue #105, Athens, Georgia.

College Town Properties has been so helpful throughout the entire process of finding somewhere to call home for the school year in Athens. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and find a place that you will love!

Do not rent from this company. I and a few of friends of mine have had collegetown buy out our old local leasers and all of the properties have started going downhill. Their response to maintenance is spotty at best; the appliances in my current apartment constantly are breaking down; and while they're seemingly "helpful" on the phone, I have had to call back many times to get anything done. Do NOT rent from this company
