live there currently and have been for a year now and for the most part it's been decent. There has been issues with neighbors that the office "can't" do a whole lot about. But there are some things that have been wrong with the trailer itself that took a long time for the office to send down and fix. Example: we lost power in three major rooms of the trailer, and after over a month of asking them to come fix it they finally do. Then when we ask for a discount on rent which is $850, they basically just laughed. Now after a year of living there they want to increase rent to $880 a month, because of maintenance, and security. It took them a whole Lotta to fix one problem how do you need more for maintenance if things arnt already getting done? Also I would like to point out my parents are renting a trailer right down the road under the same company, and there rates arnt going up. And the safety thing is a joke people have constantly harassing our trailer and breaking into our cars, and all the office says basically is tough. So when my wife talked to them about it they called her am f***ing retard, and yelled at her. They do not care about the people who live here just the $$$ they give them. It is a nice trailer though.
