I have been a customer here for a few years now. The staff has always been friendly, and they have, on more than one occasion, gone out of their way to provide service beyond what might normally be expected. I have purchased contacts, glasses, as well as prescription novelty contacts, and I have always been satisfied with the products. No, not every pair of glasses is 2 for $69, and to expect that would be unreasonable, but they have a great selection of frames for men, women, and children. As a former patient of a "real" eye care business, I can tell you that I've spent less money, gotten faster service, and had a MUCH better selection of glasses to choose from, not to mention receiving quality eye care that was equal to, if not better than, any other place I've been. If you have reasonable expectations, and if you are aware that this is a retail establishment, then you should be happy doing business here.
