My experience at this store was quite disappointing. My wife and I went to add a line to our plan and were met with rudeness throughout the process. Anthony seemed completely disinterested and rude after telling him we wanted to port over a number. He complained the entire time we were there. He even went to the extent of trying to convince me that I just should get a new number. After the dreadful experience Brittany decided to justify his actions by telling us to give them 10 stars on a survey. This place is an absolute joke and I will never be back.
