Papa John's Pizza at 498 Baxter Street, Athens, Georgia.

I ordeed pizza four hours ago and it just got to my door step. I don’t blame the deliverer I blame the establishment. Like really it takes four hours to make a pizza that y’all don t even get right?!?! All I have to say is do better. I don’t know what else to say besides I’m disappointed. Level up.

I used to be a Papa Johns manager. I know the policies and procedures that need to be followed. While waiting for my pizza to finish being made. I saw a girl slap the dough and create a huge hole in the dough and tried to pinch it together and sent it down the make line. The next dough ball she spun the dough in the air and nearly dropped it and put it on a pizza screen with overhang. Then I saw them open a new can of sauce and just dump it into the sauce container already in the make line. I saw an employee come over from the slap station and take payment from a customer and go back to making pizzas right after without washing his hands. I saw drivers and other employees handle food after touching phones and all sorts of items that should have then washed hands before handling food. All of this while waiting for my pizza for 10 minutes. I called to complain and was told that management would reach out to me in 24-48 hrs. It has been 8 days and haven’t heard a word. I won’t even drop a quarter outside the door of this store. All this and John Schantter is pissed at the NFL for his company not being profitable. Perhaps if they actually cared about quality and custom service they might keep customers like me.
