Over priced and under qualified. Mr. Rooter didn't properly identify the problem with my sewer, neither did they fix it. After putting a camera down the sewer, the technician ran a power auger down the sewer, although there was no clog. He then announced he could hear the sewer pump running (it wasn't) and departed.

It took another plumber to properly identity and resolve the problem. I recommend you not use Mr. Rooter for ANY reason.
