Always take more time to do the work than they indicate. Latest example had a 1:00 appointment to put two tires on my car. 2:15 they tell me that we are missing the wheel lock key (car should have been long done by this time). The problem is they are the only ones since I have owned the car to take the wheels off the car. I didn't even realize that the wheels had locks on them. So the last time the took the wheels off they apparently misplaced the key and now I have to go find another. Headed to Porterfield Tire from now on.
