Absolutely the best experience EVER when purchasing a car! Phil Cross personally recorded a video and included descriptions and benefits of each feature of the Highlander. Along with the video, Phil sent me spec sheets for various cars for my review. My preferred car was reserved for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment.
