The WORST place to order flowers. I understand Mother's Day weekend is a busy time, any holiday, BUT it took 3 phone calls to get this order right. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom on a Friday, and flowers were delivered to her work, but it was the wrong bouquet. I paid $60 for a deluxe arrangement, and my mother received what looked like a $10 arrangement. Furious that I called at 930am, thought it was corrected by 3 hours, and at 1230, no one had tried or attempted to fix the issue. By 130, the CORRECT floral arrangement was delivered, BUT the vase was filthy and appeared "used" per my mother. Appeared fuzzy and not as clean as the first arrangement. Definitely will NOT be ordering from this company again. Such a shame, as I am an Athens native and currently live in Kansas City and thought I chose a great floral shop. I was proved wrong.
